Our story
How it all started
We opened in 2023 after moving to Frankfurt and quickly noticed it was hard to find rolls with the flavour we actually loved — especially rolls with cream cheese. So we decided to make them ourselves, exactly the way we would want to order them.
Our menu brings together classic rolls and modern options: tempura rolls, baked rolls, sushi dogs, sushi burgers, soups, and shrimp tempura.
For us it is especially important that every order keeps the same taste, quality, and presentation. We pay close attention to the freshness of ingredients and how each roll looks when it arrives.
